A good exercise to help you get your focus back.. I feel like my mind runs a thousand miles per hour and its a good an bad thing but i wanna work on enhancing myself and putting the proper energy back in its proper place. Im going to do this everyday and see what happens 🙂  check it out…

The human brain is an amazing organ that features more than one trillion nerve receptors and more than 10 miles of neural connectors, according to the brain power website Quantum-Self. With all that computing power, it would seem to make sense that human beings would be incredibly focused on the tasks at hand. But in today’s world of e-mail and text messages, it is very easy to become distracted.

Focus On One Thought

Pick one thought and focus on that thought and nothing else, the personal development website Ego Development suggests. The writers recommend timing yourself with a clock to see how long you can concentrate on the single thought. As a beginner you should start by attempting to concentrate on the thought for 10 consecutive minutes without letting any other thoughts enter your mind. With about 10 days of practice, you should begin to see an improvement in your concentration.

Focus On the Inside

This technique is recommended by the website Success Consciousness and is used to improve your mental focus. Sit or lie down comfortably and close your eyes. Breathe normally and focus on a single word. Practice this exercise for five to 10 minutes, and if you find your mind wandering, bring your concentration back to your breathing and the chosen word.

Clear Your Mind

Pick one every-day object and completely focus your concentration on that object, writers at Ego Development suggest. They recommend looking at every detail of that object–its color, shape and material–from every possible perspective. Develop a complete mental picture of the object, and then close your eyes and try to visualize it in every detail.

A Pristine Vacuum

This exercise is one of the more advanced mental focus exercises, and should only be attempted after becoming proficient at some of the exercises above, according to Success Consciousness. Sit quietly and try to completely clear your mind of all thoughts for five minutes, the website suggests. With practice you should develop the ability to quiet your mind and focus only on the task at hand, according to the website.
